Open toolHow the two-approval tool works
- Requester fills it in. Payee, items, budget line, and a confirmation that receipts are attached. The tool creates a link and a printable form.
- Approver 1 signs. They open the link, check the fingerprint, confirm they aren't the payee, and sign. They get a new link to pass on.
- Approver 2 signs. It must be a different person. Then the request shows Approved 2 of 2, and you can print it, save it as a PDF, or download a ledger row.
Private by design. The request travels inside the link, after the #. Browsers never send that part to a web server, so we never see or store your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no cookies.

Questions
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. These are organizing tools. Follow your bylaws, your bank's signature rules, any rules from your school, district, or state organization, and the official sources on our state links page. Read the disclaimer.
Does a typed signature count?
That depends on your bylaws, your bank, and your auditors. Many groups use the printed record with ink signatures. Ask your board what it accepts.
Can someone fake an approval?
The fingerprint catches changes made after someone signs. It can't prove who someone is, because the tool has no accounts. Approvers should know each other and compare the fingerprint through a separate channel.
Is this only for PTAs?
No. It works for any volunteer group with a two-signature rule: PTOs, PTAs, booster clubs, parent associations, and more.
